Privacy Policy

Introduction
WealthStrategy ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at wealthstrategy.store. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, purchase our products, or interact with our services.
By using our website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide
We collect information you voluntarily provide when you:
- Sign up for the free Starter Pack or any free resource
- Purchase a product (e.g., The Blueprint or the WealthStrategy Clips Pack)
- Complete a form on our website (including the contact form)
- Subscribe to email updates
- Contact us directly
In most cases, the only information we need is your email address so we can deliver your download and send updates. For free signups, we generally request only your email address so we can deliver the requested resource and, where applicable, send relevant updates. If you contact us directly or use the contact form, we receive whatever you choose to include in your message.
Automatically Collected Information
When you visit our website, certain data may be collected automatically, including:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Referring website or source
- IP address and related technical information, which may be used for analytics, security, and fraud prevention
This data may be collected through standard web server logs and the third-party hosting service we use (Vercel) to help us understand how visitors interact with our site. Where a specific analytics tool is used, its own privacy policy will apply.
Local Storage and Cookies
We use browser storage for a small number of purposes:
- ws-theme (localStorage) — remembers your dark/light theme preference. Strictly functional.
- ws-iris (sessionStorage) — a page-transition flag used for a smooth effect when navigating the site. Strictly functional and cleared when you close the tab.
- ws-consent (localStorage) — records your cookie/analytics consent choice so we only load analytics if you agreed. Strictly functional.
- ws_checkout_email (localStorage) — optionally remembers the email you enter at checkout to pre-fill it next time. Strictly functional; cleared after a checkout completes.
If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics 4 may set its own cookies or storage (e.g., identifiers used to recognize returning visitors for measurement). These are non-essential and are only set after you opt in.
We do not use advertising cookies, social media pixels, or cross-site tracking. You can control and clear cookies and site data through your browser settings, and you can change your analytics choice at any time from the "Cookie Settings" control in our site footer.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver digital products and resources you request
- Send download links, purchase confirmations, and product updates
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
- Improve our website, products, and marketing
- Prevent fraud and ensure site security
- Send occasional emails about new products or resources (as described under "Email Communications" below; you can unsubscribe at any time)
Payment Processing
When you purchase a product, payment information is processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details on our servers. Stripe handles your payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. You can review Stripe's Privacy Policy for more information.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may collect or process data:
- Stripe — Payment processing for product purchases
- Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) — Email delivery for free resource downloads, purchase confirmations, and email communications
- Vercel — Website hosting and infrastructure
- Google Fonts — Font delivery for site typography. Fonts are not self-hosted: our pages request the font CSS and files from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com), which means your IP address and browser/device information is sent to Google when the fonts load. See Google Fonts privacy.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
Analytics and Tracking
For visitors who consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — a client-side tracking script — to understand how our site is used and improve it. GA4 may collect information such as pages visited, time on page, approximate location, browser/device type, and referrer. It is only loaded after you grant consent via the Cookie Settings control in our site footer, and is disabled if you have enabled Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser or if you opt out. We set IP anonymization ("anonymize_ip") in GA4.
We may also rely on hosting and server-log data (such as page views and referral sources) provided by our hosting service (Vercel). We do not run any third-party advertising or cross-site retargeting pixels (such as Meta, TikTok, or X/Twitter pixels).
You can change your analytics choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" button in our site footer or by clearing your site data.
Email Communications
When you enter your email address on our website (for example, to download the free Starter Pack), as stated at the point of collection, you are automatically subscribed to our newsletter. This means we send you:
- Download links for requested resources and purchase confirmations (transactional)
- Occasional tips, resources, and product updates (newsletter)
Transactional emails are necessary to deliver the product or resource you requested. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email; unsubscribing removes you from our marketing list (Brevo) while any transactional delivery is unaffected.
Note for EU/EEA/UK visitors: Direct-marketing consent under the GDPR and ePrivacy rules normally requires an affirmative, separate opt-in rather than an implied one from submitting a form. If you submit your email to receive the free pack, delivery of the pack is the primary purpose for which we process your email: it is sent regardless, and the newsletter subscription is described alongside it and is optional to make use of. Please contact us if you wish to receive the free pack without being subscribed to the newsletter.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data with third parties when necessary to provide our services, including:
- Payment processing (Stripe)
- Email delivery (Brevo)
- Website hosting and infrastructure (Vercel)
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Purchase records and email addresses are retained to maintain access to purchased products and to provide customer support. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including HTTPS encryption across our site and secure third-party services for payment and email processing. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at wealthstrategytheone@gmail.com.
GDPR Rights (European Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to object to processing, restrict processing, and file a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you specific rights, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete your data, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
Children's Privacy
Our website is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.
External Links
Our website may contain links to external sites (such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or Google Drive). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
